Men's Soccer Falls To 2nd-ranked Knights

MIAMI SHORES, Fla.—The Barry University men’s soccer team (6-2-0, 1-2-0 SSC) fell 3-1 to the second-ranked Lynn Knights at Buccaneer Field on Saturday afternoon.
 
The Knights (7-0-0, 2-0-0 SSC) built a 3-0 lead with goals from Dwight Barnett, James Hayers and Gabe Tabaoda. Marcus Reynold got the Bucs on the board with a goal in the 70th minute, assisted by Emmanuel Miranda and Lee Yakubowich.
 
Tim Melia had three saves for the Knights, while Chris Rich had one for Barry.
 
The Bucs travel to Nova Southeastern on Wednesday, Sept. 27 to face the Sharks.
