Student Union will go QLess on January 27th. No more waiting in a physical line. Wait where you want! QLess allows students, faculty and staff to join a line remotely while receiving updates via text messages.
It’s easy to use, here’s how you can visit the Student Union:
Join a queue via text message
Students can text “Bucky” to 305-506-1970. After students have joined the line, they will receive text message updates about their status.
They will also be provided with text commands that will allow them to check their status, leave the line, or request additional time.
Standard text messaging rates will apply.

Want to leave?
L - Leave the queue, use this command when you need to exit a particular queue.
How to get a status update?
S - Status update, use this command when you want an update of your wait time and place in line.
Need more time?
M - More time, use this command to request additional time if you can't be in the area.

H - Help, use this command to get additional assistance with QLess.
