Barry University Sport and Exercise Sciences Students Compete at Greater New York ACSM President’s Cup November 08, 2024

Barry University’s Sport and Exercise Sciences students Maya Caon and Jared Ward, under the mentorship of Dr. Zacharias Papadakis, have achieved a major milestone by being selected for the Greater New York ACSM President’s Cup. Their research on the body composition effects of preseason training in women’s NCAA DII basketball players demonstrates how focused training can lead to significant performance gains.
