Students Studying in Spain

Barry Law School students are studying in the foothills of the Guadarrama Mountains in the annual Summer in Spain Program, running from May 28 through June 28. The students, along with professors Terri Day and Leonard Birdsong and Dean Leticia M. Diaz, are in El Escorial, a beautiful university village about 45 minutes northwest of Madrid.

The program is designed to prepare students for practicing law in the globalized atmosphere of the 21st century by broadening their understanding of Civil Law. The students are enrolled in two 3-credit courses during the program.
