Dr. Doreen Parkhurst invited as guest speaker at National University

National University honored 60 graduate and undergraduate students in commencement ceremonies for both the College of Allied Health Sciences and College of Professional Studies. 

Students from the College of Professional Studies heard from commencement speaker Dr. Doreen C. Parkhurst, program director and associate dean for the Physician Assistant Program. Dr. Parkhurst has served as the principal investigator on six federal grants totaling more than $3 million from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to develop one of the most unique and creative physician assistant training programs in the country. The College of Allied Health Sciences commencement ceremony featured President James F. Winterstein as guest speaker.
