Title:
Research and Evaluation on Children Exposed to Violence

Synopsis:
The program will fund research and evaluation related to childhood exposure to violence, specifically addressing polyvictimization, harassment through electronic media, resilience and risk factors, and justice system responses to affected children.

Funding:
Award ceiling is $1 million.

US Department of Health and Human Services Targeted Capacity Expansion

Title:
Substance Abuse Treatment for Racial/Ethnic Minority Women at High Risk for HIV/AIDS (TCE-HIV Minority Women)

Deadline:
May 14, 2013

Synopsis:
The program seeks to expand substance abuse treatment and HIV services for African American, Hispanic/Latina and other racial/ethnic minority women (ages 18 years and older), and their significant others, who have substance use or co-occurring substance use and mental disorders and are living with or at risk for HIV/AIDS.

Funding:
Award Ceiling is $520,000 a year for up to 3 years.

Synopsis:
This foundation is accepting applications for preclinical, translational, or clinical research projects that investigate any aspect of Angelman syndrome.

Funding:
Award ceiling is 100,000 per year.
