After a two-year hiatus, Barry University welcomed back its beloved mascot, Bucky the Parrot, on Wednesday, Nov. 6, during the school's annual Moonlight Madness event.
After literally losing his head, Bucky, Barry's half pirate, half-parrot mascot, had been MIA from Barry’s campus for the past two years. Though a myriad of rumors concerning Bucky's whereabouts circulated, it was discovered that Bucky had been on sabbatical, doing a little traveling and getting a makeover, before returning to Miami and the Barry campus.
