Workday Update
Great News! Effective immediately, everyone will have the ability to receive email notifications of pending items from their Workday inbox to their Barry email. The notifications will include inbox items and notifications for the last 24 hours. This may include notifications of processes awaiting actions, to-dos, notifications for task or business process completion etc.
Users will have to set their email notification preferences. Please refer to the Notification Preferences job aid on BucConnect.
Users will have the following email notification preference options:
- Daily digest: Compiles and sends notifications in a single email per day.
- Immediate: Sends a separate email for each notification as events are processed.
- No email: Does not send any email for notification. Please note that this setting suppresses outbound email notifications to Outlook only. Workday will still generate Inbox notifications.
