The Barry University Men’s Soccer Showcase is an intensive skill’s development program designed for elite club and high school players (grades 9-12) that intend to compete at the collegiate level. Training will focus on improving the players technical and tactical skills. The Barry Men’s Soccer staff will prepare Showcase participants for the challenge of the college game.
The Showcase will be led by Head Coach Steve McCrath, whose eleven year career with the bucs has produced an impressive 132-54-15 record, two Final Four appearances, one National Championship appearance, and 10 pro soccer players.
Soccer Showcase includes
- Instructional training from the Barry Men’s Soccer coaching staff, including Barry graduate and Miami FC player Alen Marcina
- Individual goalkeeping training
- Meal after 1st session/before and after 2nd session and before 3rd session.

- Shuttle to and from airport, and hotel to campus.
- Tour of the Barry University campus
Schedule – Arrival time Saturday, October 10th @ 12pm in the athletic atrium
- Session 1, Saturday October 10th 1:30pm-3:30pm
- Session 2, Saturday October 10th 7:30-9:30pm
- Session 3, Sunday October 11th 9:00am-11:00am
Price $125
- $100 paid in full (postmarked) by September 11th, 2009
- $100 per person if you come in a group of 5. (confirmed in office by October 5th)
